1. What are the playground’s operating hours?

Our play hours are Monday to Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM.

2. How can I purchase the ticket?

Tickets can be purchased in person at our front desk when you arrive. Our staff will assist you with your purchase and help you get set up for a fun day of play.

3. Do I need to make a reservation?

No, reservations are not required for open play. You can simply show up and purchase tickets at the front desk for immediate access.

4. Are socks required?

Yes, for safety and hygiene reasons, all children and adults are required to wear socks while using the playground. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if you forget to bring your own.

5. Can I drop off my child?

For the safety of all children, parents or guardians must remain on-site and supervise their children while they are in the playground

6. Can I rent the playground for a private event

Yes! You can either choose our VIP Private Party Package with full setup and decorations, or simply rent the entire space without any setup. It’s perfect for birthdays, field trips, or group celebrations.

7. Can I bring my own cake and decorations if I don’t book a party?

We understand that celebrating special occasions is important, and we want to make sure everyone has a great time! However, outside cakes and decorations are only permitted for party bookings.

8. What is your refund policy?

Single admission tickets are non-refundable. Package tickets are also non-refundable but can be transferred to another person before they expire.

Party

1. Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
Yes, we highly recommend making a reservation at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure you get your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons or weekends. While we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability, reserving helps guarantee your spot and ensures we can meet any special requests for your party.
2. How can I book a party?
- Booking a party at our indoor playground is easy! You can reserve your spot through any of the following methods: Online, by phone, by Email, In person, WeChat.
3. Is a deposit required to book a party?
Yes, to reserve your party, a $300 deposit is required and will be applied to your total. The rest of the balance is due on the event day before your party begins.
4. What happens if I need to cancel my reservation or party booking?
To cancel your reservation, please contact us at least two weeks prior to your event date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance.
5. What should I do if I need to change my reservation?
If you need to reschedule your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Kindly note that after a date change is confirmed, the deposit will no longer be refundable.
6. Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Yes, outside food and drinks are allowed, a $75 fee will apply for all outside food.

7. What happens if I arrive early or late for my party?
Parents and the birthday children are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup and preparation. Guests should plan to arrive at the scheduled party time. Please note that the party will end at the designated time, regardless of late arrivals.
